Santa Rosa Views

Every Weekend

After the fires of 2017 our clients bought this property and hired us to design and build a home that takes full advantage of a unique view of the Valley of the Moon. Without exaggeration this might be the best view we have ever had the pleasure of working with. The center section of the house was designed to allow the afternoon breeze to flow in the front, through the living room and kitchen, and out the back to the pool and bocce court. This project is the ultimate in designing to suit a property. With the house sitting low in profile and blending into the surroundings it almost designed itself.

healdsburg Estate

TOWN AND COUNTRY

This home was a transformation from a dark 3,000 square foot home into a light and open 6,000 estate. Wings hug the outdoor pool space and provide an oasis with a view. Every detail was tailored to match the design flavor of the homeowner, and we couldn’t be happier we were given license to do some very interesting design moves, namely the stairs and the fountain in the front, not to mention the front entry itself that is unmistakable as the grand point of entry. We designed and built this magnificent home.

Sonoma Retreat

An Invitation to unwind

The couple behind the Sonoma Retreat was looking for a place to relax in their retirement, but the backyard was big and wild. After imagining what the space could become, I created a model to help showcase the transformation. With their enthusiastic acceptance, we built a serene setting that could accommodate all their activities, from the patio to sport court to greenhouse and planting.

Gage Lane House

a green getaway

Transforming this former turkey coop into a welcoming space for weekend retreats took some creative vision and careful planning. From the first inkling of an idea to the final finishing touch, I helped her realize the potential of the space, creating an inviting and energy efficient getaway to enjoy.

Wine Country Cyclery

art and craft

Designed around the concept of a German craftsman’s workshop and constructed in time for the client to open their shop. The interior used space and materials to communicate the precision, tidiness and commitment to craft inherent in Wine Country Cyclery.
