We get our associates started early

Our Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Petaluma, Sonoma and Marin projects involve many different trades. We love digging in the dirt, and we want to get our workers and their families engaged in the project. This little guy is a natural. The Design Build process often offers the flexibility to design in the field as we build, and that means that we can get creative and have fun in the process.
